Jayander Kumar is an experienced software engineering leader with over 14 years of experience in building highly scalable products and managing teams. He is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Lupin Digital Health, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy and operations. Jayander has a proven track record of building and managing teams, implementing processes, and organizing teams for operational excellence. He is a true believer in the agile way of developing products and has successfully implemented agile methodologies in various organizations. Prior to joining Lupin Digital Health, Jayander held leadership positions at Ola and Flipkart. At Ola, he served as the Director of Engineering and was responsible for building and managing the company's engineering team. At Flipkart, he was part of the team that built the world's best Trust & Safety platform, which analyzed every transaction within Flipkart for fraudulent activities. Jayander holds an Executive MBA from the Institute of Product Leadership and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from PES College.
