Jayant Bodkhey is an experienced AVP - Information Security Associate with over 10 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity. He is currently working with Wells Fargo as an Assistant Vice President, where he is responsible for application security risk assessment, performing web applications validation, and preparing inherent risk questionnaires for third-party risk management. Jayant has previously worked with Sony as a Lead Consultant - Enterprise Risk Management and with IBM as an Information Security Specialist. At Sony, he was responsible for risk assessment of various IT processes in IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors, evaluating design, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of physical and environmental controls, and suggesting controls when the risk faced was above the organizational risk acceptance criteria. At IBM, he was involved in vulnerability assessment, secure network architecture review, incident management, and conducting training and awareness sessions for employees on security guidelines and best practices. Jayant's technical skills include expertise in web, infrastructure, and test. He has a good understanding of compliance standards like HIPPA and PCI. He has also created and reviewed ISMS policies, scheduled scans and published vulnerability reports, and performed assessments on intelligence shared with the use of industry-standard practices like CVSS. He has conducted weekly meetings with operations teams to close gaps and new updates.
