Jayant Jain is a highly skilled Software Engineer currently working at Google. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Jayant has over 4 years of relevant experience in the field. Prior to joining Google, Jayant worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Nutanix for 2.5 years, where he was responsible for creating the framework for Nutanix’s latest API family, used by every service and client. He built and maintained a platform to enforce versioning, backward compatibility, validation, streamlined API design, A/B testing, standardised SDKs, and best REST practices, all in a language agnostic manner. Jayant also drastically reduced developer effort by generating boiler plate code, thus standardising layout of all services. He oversaw on-boarding of services to the new framework, and groomed new team members as strength grew exponentially over 2.5 years. Jayant also worked as an intern at zeotap, where he worked as part of the Data Engineering team, which is responsible for management of data received from all of zeotap's data partners. He onboarded a new data partner, and developed efficiency improving features for one of their patented data fetching tools. Jayant's tech stack includes Software Engineering, testing, and Data Engineering. He is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning.
