Jayant Madhav is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager at Capgemini India Ltd, with over 24 years of relevant experience in the field. He is a skilled Agile/Scrum Coach and Change Agent, with expertise in Lean Methodology and Offshore Delivery Management. Jayant has been with Capgemini India Ltd since November 2015, where he has been responsible for coaching and leading Agile/Scrum teams, managing offshore projects, and driving change through Lean methodology. Prior to this, he held various roles at Capgemini, including Offshore Engagement Manager, Problem Manager, and Offshore Service Delivery Manager, where he worked with technologies such as Siebel, OBIEE, SAP Er/3, and Microsoft-Java. Before joining Capgemini, Jayant worked at Mastek as Assistant Manager - Training (CRM Practice), where he conducted training programs for internal clients on CRM products such as Siebel, Vantive, and Scopus. He also worked at Aptech as Assistant Manager - Academics. Jayant holds a Master of Financial Management from NMIMS and a Diploma in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from NMIMS. He also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemical Physics from the University Department of Physics and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from Bhavans College.
