Jayasimha CN is a seasoned General Manager with over 28 years of industry experience in Product and Software engineering. He currently serves as the General Manager of Product Engineering at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited (RBEI). In his current role, he is responsible for business acquisition, capability/capacity and competence buildup, customer engagement, shop floor to top floor connectivity, MES, Control Solutions, SCADA, PLC, and Industrie 4.0 solutions. Jayasimha has a proven track record of handling a wide range of projects in Manufacturing and Industrial Automation domains, including customer projects for engine management systems. He has extensive experience dealing with European and Indian customers. He is a result-oriented, committed, flexible, and hardworking individual who consistently delivers results. Prior to his current role, Jayasimha served as the Department Head of Powertrain electronics at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited (RBEI). In this role, he led a team of 160+ engineers handling Embedded SW development for customer projects in the area of Powertrain electronics. He also served as the Group Manager of Industrial Automation at RBEI, where he established offshore cooperation models in the Industrial automation domain related SW and Product engineering projects. He built a strong team of 60+ engineers to work towards a common goal. Jayasimha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Instrumentation Technology from SJCE, Mysore, and an Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from IIM, Bangalore. He has relevant experience of 30.05 years. Jayasimha is a motivator and has a talent for bringing together teams of engineers to meet business, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
