Jayasimha Prasad is a highly experienced senior technology professional with over 20 years of experience leading technology teams and strategies across various industries such as retail, finance, and health and wellness. Jayasimha's expertise lies in defining and implementing the vision, mission, strategy, and goals of his organization. He also works closely with customers to analyze problems and create technology roadmaps that align with business objectives. Prior to founding Exathought, Jayasimha served as the Co-founder of Yoska, where he developed the vision, mission, and business strategy for the company. He single-handedly conceptualized, architected, and developed all the technology components of the platform. He also hired and developed a high performing engineering team and owned the financial operations, forecasting, and compliance for the company. Jayasimha also worked as the Senior Group Engineering Manager at Target, where he led a global multicultural team of over 150 engineers across Bangalore and Minneapolis. He delivered large and complex technology programs in the corporate security, real estate, human resources, and corporate finance functions. He also led the implementation of agile software delivery methodologies within the portfolio and actively worked in business transformation initiatives across shores to rationalize the vendor mix, resulting in a savings of more than 30% in project costs. Jayasimha holds an EPGDM (M.B.A) in Finance from TAPMI and a B.E in Mechanical from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology.
