Jayasimha Srinath is an aspiring software engineer with a passion for continuous learning and growth. With almost 8 years of relevant experience, he has worked with various technologies such as Java 1.8, Hibernate, SQL, Spring, SAP Hybris Framework, and more. Jayasimha started his career as a campus joinee at Subex, where he was recognized for his exceptional performance and received various accolades such as the Before Time Delivery Award for a critical object, Onsite Recognition Award, and Culture Coin for upholding the company's ethics amongst his peers. After gaining valuable experience at Subex, he shifted to Reliance Retail Ecommerce, where he mastered the science of the ecommerce domain. Apart from his technical expertise, Jayasimha has also invested time in developing his soft skills, including Advanced Excel, Leadership in the corporate world, Responsibility of each deliverable, Public speaking, and corporate socializing. He believes that these skills are equally important for his personal and professional growth. Jayasimha's thirst for knowledge extends beyond his technical and soft skills. He has also delved into the basic mathematics that goes behind the curtains, and has completed books on Introduction to Probability Theory, Basics and Advanced Calculus, and Linear Algebra. He believes that this learning will help him acquire the skillsets of a Data Scientist or a Machine Learning Pioneer in the future. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Cred, Jayasimha has previously worked with Omuni as a Software Development Engineer 2 and Reliance as a Software Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the NIE Institute of Technology, Mysore. Jayasimha's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Spring, Java, SQL, Snowflake, Kafka, ML, MySQL, Spring Boot, Microservices, and MongoDB.
