Jayesh Assudani is an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager at Capgemini I&D Cloud with over 7 years of relevant experience. He is a certified SAFe POPM and CSM, and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. Jayesh is currently working on the world’s third biggest cloud migration project, handling global data in Azure cloud for 104+ countries. He has guided and coached over 85+ members across 6 teams on how to follow Agile/Scrum practices and values, and has removed impediments and risks across 19 teams consisting of 300+ members by checking technical dependencies. He has also delivered over 64,000 hours’ worth of 1100+ Jira stories, resolved 600+ incidents, 290+ Service requests, 60+ Problem tickets, and did 176 Releases in production within a period of 12 months only. Jayesh has a passion for bringing in continuous process and quality improvements to reduce risks into the ways of working and bring in solutions to problems. He has also encouraged team members to complete Azure certification, and 60% of the scrum team members were Azure Data Engineer certified (AZ 900+ DP 200 + DP 201). In addition to his current role, Jayesh has worked as a Scrum Master at Capgemini, coordinating among clients, SMEs, translators, source data teams, DevOps team, PDS teams, and other teams from product and service-based firms. He has also worked as an SAA at Toastmasters International, where he improved his public speaking and people understanding skills. Jayesh has a strong educational background, having completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedbabd, and his Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Symbiosis. He has a solid tech stack, including Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, product manager, Databricks, and Research Scientist.
