Jayesh Bankoti is an accomplished Lead Data Scientist with a strong passion for problem-solving and a deep interest in machine learning. With over 5 years of relevant experience, he is skilled in Data Science, Predictive Modeling, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), among other areas. Currently, he is working as a Staff NLP Engineer at Logically, where he is responsible for developing and implementing NLP solutions to help the company's clients achieve their business objectives. Before joining Logically, Jayesh worked at Brane Enterprises, where he held various positions, including NLP Team Lead - Solution Leader and Data Scientist - Associate Solution Leader. In these roles, he was responsible for developing custom NER models, fine-tuning RoBERTa-base Masked LM models, and utilizing Django web framework for API and TF serving for model inference with gRPC requests. He has also supervised a team of 12 people, handled key stakeholders meetings, and worked collaboratively across different module leaders for proper module deployment and functioning. Jayesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where he graduated in 2018. He also completed his AISSCE from Delhi Public School - Bhilai in 2012. Jayesh is well-versed in several technologies, including NLP, Python, ML, Keras, Scikit, TensorFlow, Pytorch, BERT, SQL, Reinforcement Learning, UI, AI, CNN, Deep Learning, Django, PHP, Search, and Web.
