Jayesh's journey in technology began at a young age when he wrote his first line of code in 7th grade. Since then, he has continued to explore and experiment with different technologies and applications, steadily morphing into a full-stack developer. In his engineering degree, Jayesh applied his knowledge to real-world problems, helping his university to build a library application that reduced costs and automated manual tasks. He also participated in various hackathons, showcasing his technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Jayesh's contributions to real-life problems and technical skills earned him a place in JPMorgan Chase's 'Code for Good' challenge, where he developed an android application prototype to help 'Make a Wish' NGO connect with children in need. Following the competition, he was offered a full-time role at the firm as a Software Engineer. At JP Morgan, Jayesh developed an application to help users avoid using Excel and long paper reports and replace them with a web application. He interpreted client requirements and incorporated enhancements into the application. He grew in the role and started mentoring and managing a team while taking on the position of product owner. Jayesh is not only a talented technologist but also a lover of music, crime fiction, and travel. He has a passion for deep-sea diving and has swum alongside sharks, stingrays, octopuses, and large schools of fish. He tries to capture his adventures with his photography skills.
