Jayesh Sidhwani is the CEO and Co-Founder of CommandK, a sensitive data management platform that enhances security posture with zero-dev effort. Backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Robin Vasan (Mango Capital), and angel investors such as Jon Gelsey (Auth0), Pratyus Patnaik (Okta), Sundeep Peechu (Felicis), Akash Saxena (ex-Hotstar), Abinash Tripathy (ex-Helpshift), and more. Jayesh has over 11 years of relevant experience in the software engineering and AI industry. Prior to starting CommandK, Jayesh was the Head of Engineering at Jupiter. He was part of the core team responsible for scaling Disney+ Hotstar to 25mn concurrent users at peak, and also directly responsible for launching Disney+ in 18+ countries across SEA and MEA markets. Jayesh has held various leadership positions in his career, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering at Hotstar. He led the Personalisation, User Management, and Data engineering teams at Hotstar and was directly responsible for a 50-member team. Jayesh also led the team that built a patented product: Watch N' Play, which doubled user engagement on the platform and brought significant ad revenue for the company. Jayesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology and completed his schooling at Fatima High School. He is well-versed in various technical skills and has expertise in Senior Software Engineering and AI. With his vast experience in the tech industry, Jayesh is a visionary leader who is passionate about creating innovative solutions that solve real-world problems.
