Jayhind Yadav is a Software Developer with over 3 years of experience in building reliable, readable, and maintainable software. Currently working as a Software Programmer at PhonePe, Jayhind is a part of the Insurance Team where he is responsible for developing Java and Dropwizard-based software solutions. He has played a pivotal role in building the insurance backbone of the organization by launching Motor Insurance, Health Arogya Sanjeevani, and Life Insurance tracks from scratch. Jayhind has also been instrumental in negotiating contracts with many insurers and helped in building a standard process for onboarding insurers. Prior to joining PhonePe, Jayhind worked at Tech Mahindra as a Software Developer, where he worked on the banking domain and integrated the first-ever ERP by a bank using Java and Spring Boot. He also implemented loan facilities to fully automate the response and worked on the Payment side module to auto-transaction on given future dates of transactions. Jayhind holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Lord Krishna College of Technology, Opp. STI, Rau, Indore. His technical expertise includes Software Engineering, Java, Spring Boot, and Spring. With over 4.20 years of relevant experience, Jayhind is a skilled software developer who can solve complex problems by writing code.
