As a highly experienced Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Jean Lanctot has a proven track record of building and managing teams of over 15 individuals, including IC's and Senior Managers. With over 17 years of relevant experience in the industry, Jean has developed and managed KPI's, diversity recruitment strategies, data dashboards, budget management, employer brand, hiring events, early careers, and interview development/training. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Co-Lead for the Accessibility Guild at Twitch, Jean leads a team of Managers focused on delivering top external talent for the company. As a lead member on the Global Expansion team, Jean collaborates across Twitch and Amazon to set priorities for 2023 and beyond. Additionally, Jean leads the global employee referral and M&A activities. Jean's past experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Co-Lead for the Accessibility Guild at Twitch, where she was responsible for leading a team to deliver top talent and advance awareness and inclusion for people living with disabilities at Twitch. Prior to Twitch, Jean served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Fluke Corporation, where she led a global talent acquisition team to deliver top talent, including university talent up through VP searches. Jean also led the development and delivery of the first Hiring Manager interview training and was selected to be a Team Lead at Linkage's Women in Leadership Institute Conference for 2019. Jean is a data-informed leader who leverages her experience and knowledge to drive results for her team and company. With a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, Jean is committed to advancing awareness and inclusion for people living with disabilities at Twitch and in the industry as a whole.
