Jeeri Deka is an experienced AWS professional with a strong background in cloud migration, Kubernetes, and project management. With six AWS certifications and one GCP certification, Jeeri has helped numerous clients modernize and migrate their workloads to the cloud. As a Solutions Architect - Associate at Amazon, Jeeri has collaborated with both engineering and sales teams to troubleshoot issues and find the best solutions for customers. Jeeri's expertise in Kubernetes has been instrumental in moving large-scale workloads to the cloud and building more resilient SDDC solutions. With experience in automation tools such as Cloud Formation, Jenkins, and Kubernetes, Jeeri has a strong programming background in Python and Java. Prior to joining Amazon, Jeeri worked as an AWS Cloud Support Engineer, where they handled customer issues, debugged and reproduced issues, and provided technical guidance and insights into AWS services. Jeeri was also a part of the AWS Flex project for the AWS Professional Service Team, where they developed training modules and hands-on exercises to educate people on AWS. Jeeri's experience extends beyond AWS, having worked as a Member of Technical Staff at VMware. In this role, Jeeri moved internal dev/test workloads to Kubernetes and collaborated with the VCF team developers to integrate VMware's in-house Kubernetes solution with their product. Jeeri also designed workflows to check interoperability of SAAS-based products like virtualization and DR solutions with VMware's vCenter. Jeeri holds an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology and a High School degree in Science from Army Public School Narangi. Jeeri's technical stack includes AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, MySQL, Jenkins, Python, and Java.
