Jeet Parekh is an Investment Professional with a strong background in investment analysis, financial modeling, and private equity. He is a CFA Level 2 candidate and has cleared FRM Part 1. Currently, he works as an Investment Banking Associate at Bayfront Capital Advisors, a boutique capital advisory firm primarily focused on cross-border financing. In his current role, he has developed comprehensive information memorandums and financial models, provided buy-side advisory for one of the largest renewable energy conglomerates, introduced prospective clients and investors to the company, and raised Series A for a plant-based ice cream based out of Singapore. Prior to his current role, Jeet worked as an Investment Analyst (Real Estate Fund) at Kautilya Finance Investment Advisors. He originated, evaluated, negotiated, structured, and monitored real estate investments made by the fund. He evaluated more than 15 deals across various micro markets in Mumbai, actively participated in structuring deals, and prepared cash flow models with the help of macros and pivot tables. He also worked closely with chartered surveyors to conduct property due diligence and analyzed and originated transactions across various asset classes in India. Before that, Jeet worked as an Investment Analyst at Idein Ventures, a UAE-based Venture Capital and Private Equity firm. There, he focused on the growth of early-stage startups across the globe as well as growth stage companies. He helped companies get strategic corporate financing through various structures created in their funds and helped companies expand to UAE/India/Africa owing to their deep business and government connections in these regions. Jeet holds an Engineer's Degree in Mining Technology/Technician from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and a Diploma Holder in Micro-finance and Entrepreneurship from the Faculty of Management Studies, BHU. He also holds a High School degree in PCM from Om Shanti School of Science and Mathematics, Physics from SNK. Jeet has 4.69 years of relevant experience in the investment industry.
