Jeetesh Varshney is a Consultant at Deloitte with over 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, strategy, IT, and analytics. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur, and an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jeetesh worked as a Product Development Engineer at JetSynthsesys Pvt. Ltd where he managed software/API development, client interactions, business requirements documentation, and collaborated with Technical, Design, and QA teams. He was rated as Exceeds Expectation for his significant contribution at the workplace during the year 2015-2016. Jeetesh has also worked as a Management Trainee at Schneider Electric where he strategized product experience and marketing of Home & Distribution’s new launches in EU-USA, mapped the customer journey of H&D products, curated blogs and social media posts to promote H&D products and thought leaders, and managed North America’s engagement program related to web traffic and active users. He was the best performer of Schneider’s Global Marketing Onboarding Program amongst 100+ participants. Jeetesh takes a keen interest in coaching and mentoring management aspirants to bring out the best in them. He has authored and curated 30 articles on management exams preparation and MBA life which are published on InsideIIM. At Deloitte, Jeetesh manages cross-functional team and stakeholder communication, oversees product development, collaborates with product and development teams to prioritize the backlog, coordinates all Scrum Ceremonies, performs competitive analysis, develops market research and industry analysis reports, training documents, use cases, and process flows. He is proficient in Research Scientist, Web, test, qa, product manager, and Mobile tech stack. Jeetesh is a core member of the Training and Placement Cell and the Organizing Committee, Annual Test Fest INCORD during his graduation. He strongly believes that the world can be a better place if we support one another.
