Jeevan Mohite is a seasoned Lead Consultant at BT with over 13 years of experience in the telecom domain. He is well-versed in pre-sales, proposal preparation, cost estimation, solution design, development, and integration in B/OSS domain. Jeevan has a clear understanding of OSS/BSS concepts and various client requirements, which has helped him manage and lead product and customer delivery teams through full SDLC. He has experience in software requirements gathering and preparing SRS documents for Convergent Charging, Provisioning, and Mediation solutions. Jeevan has extensive experience in the design and development of Telecom Real-Time Convergent Charging, Mediation, and Provisioning Products. He is also an Agile/Scrum Product Owner with a proven track record of delivering quality products on time. Jeevan has worked with various clients and has a deep understanding of their requirements, which has helped him create solutions that meet their needs. Before joining BT, Jeevan worked as a Solution Architect at Ericsson, where he developed business flows and systems design and documented technical solution strategies and architectures fulfilling complex business requirements. He also led and contributed to solutions creation and description, delivered technical presentations, demonstrations, and chaired solution design sessions with SMEs. Jeevan was accountable for timeliness and quality of deliverables and responsible for maintaining product backlog, product/project effort estimation, and resource management. Jeevan also worked as a Manager - Technical at Tecnotree Corporation, where he led and managed the Rating & Charging functional group. He was an Agile/Scrum product owner for Claro Peru project development and a key member in product and solution architecture. Jeevan was involved in different phases of telecom charging projects, including RFP analysis, functional requirement gathering, feasibility study, gap analysis, solution architecture, solution design, and delivery. He was accountable for approval of design artifacts, product specification, service description, and customer release documents. Jeevan holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Bangalore University. He is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in integration.
