Currently working at Payne Huber Engineering, Jeff is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a variety of civil and structural projects. Prior to joining Payne Huber Engineering, Jeff worked at ESC - Environmental Systems Corporation and Randolph Associates, Inc. where he gained extensive experience in civil engineering. During his tenure, he was responsible for managing a range of projects, including site development, roadway design, and water distribution systems. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Bradley University. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated outstanding technical proficiency and a deep understanding of structural engineering principles.
