Jeffrey Paulino is an experienced software engineer, full-stack and IoT developer, and an AWS Certified Practitioner with a background in computer science, web design, and robotics. With close to a decade of coding experience, he has proven his proficiency in Angular, React, Ruby, Python, and C++ programming. Jeffrey's passion for coding stems from his desire to make people's lives better with the click of a button. He is particularly interested in the Internet of Things, Robotics, and Data, with a focus on creating secure and clean applications. Currently working at Raytheon as an Assembler, Solderer, and Inspector, Jeffrey is responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting PCB Head Controls of Patriot Missiles and Radars. He utilizes various tools such as microscopes, calipers, micrometers, dial calipers, and gauges to ensure the accuracy of his work. Jeffrey has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at LaunchCode, where he taught Python, Web Development, and C# and worked with Flask, Django, and PostgreSQL. He conducted one-on-one coaching sessions and check-in calls with students to help motivate, hold them accountable, and coach them through obstacles to ensure their success throughout the program. Prior to that, Jeffrey was an Instructor at Computer Mentors Group, Inc., where he taught Web and Mobile app development. He formulated better teaching practices through gamification, created PowerPoint presentations to conceptualize what's being communicated, and introduced Robotics, Graphic Design, and IoT to his students.
