Jeffrey Rosal is a highly skilled and experienced data scientist, software engineer, and researcher with over 15 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a part-time assistant instructor for data science and web development at Northwestern University School of Professional Studies, where he helps teach a 6-month intensive curriculum consisting of Python, R, SQL, Javascript, Matplotlib, MongoDb, D3.js Data Visualization, Statistical Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and more. He teaches on Monday night, Wednesday night, and Saturday mornings. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked as a Lead Fullstack Developer, Database Engineer, and Analytics specialist at Apparel Agency, where he utilized his UX, SEO, and data engineering skills to develop a complex website and build a social mobile application. He has also worked as a UX researcher and developer at Cultivate. Jeffrey has a strong educational background, having completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, New Media, and History from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He also holds a Certificate in Fashion/Apparel Design-Streetwear from Parsons School of Design-The New School, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Anthropology from the College of Lake County.
