Jeffry Issac is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in recruiting and sourcing across the Tech and Non-Tech space. He has a passion for building teams from scratch by hiring the best for the best. Jeffry has played a significant role in Google India's massive growth story in the Tech world, where he helped scale the organization and hire 190+ SWE-Tech Engineers individually across experience levels. He has also set up Google India's Tech Org across all levels and roles from scratch. Currently, Jeffry is a Senior Staff Recruiter for Databricks, where he was amongst the first to be hired for the India Talent Acquisition team. He is responsible for setting up and scaling the entire Non-Tech and Tech function in India from scratch across all experience levels, including domains such as Field Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and Security Engineering. With almost six years of relevant experience, Jeffry is a Hiring Committee Host for APAC Tech Hiring and has developed two MBA-HR case studies wrt Talent Acquisition for Google India for all business schools pan India, resulting in a participation of ~5000 teams. He is a strategic leader with a passion for sourcing and pipelining for multiple niche domains and providing direction for robust sourcing.
