Jenipha Rachel is a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for using her technical expertise to drive innovation. She is a React Native developer who takes pride in completing new features and refactoring programs. She started her career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where she was trained on the Message Way Manager Application. After noticing her interest and curiosity in understanding the application better, her onsite mentor granted her admin access to both test and production environments of the application to handle some of his work. Jenipha's responsibilities at TCS included working on the migration of file transfer services from IBM Connect:Direct to the new MFT system, configuring file transfer routes for clients through MessageWay Manager, monitoring the Message Manager app, tracking and fixing issues and failures that occurred during file transfer, and updating SSL certificates and password credentials used in both test and production environments. After a year at TCS, Jenipha decided to shift from being a Middleware Support Engineer to become a developer with guidance from her cousin. She started learning the basics of web application development like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. When she joined Spritle Software as a Junior JS developer, they didn't have any React JS developer positions available at the time, so she was offered to work as a React Native developer for building mobile applications. At Spritle, Jenipha's responsibilities included prioritizing work between two different React-Native Mobile apps for two different clients, developing a mobile application from scratch, working with Firebase and Firestore for data storage, implementing new features and modules based on customer requirements, correcting any bugs in the app, fixing issues faced by clients in production using Sentry, and releasing timely Android mobile app release builds to the client. Jenipha's technical skills include React, Redux, NodeJS, and Ruby on Rails. She also possesses soft skills such as time management, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability. Her tools include Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, Gradle, JIRA, Slack, and Loom. She has worked with third-party libraries such as NPM or Yarn and Firebase. Jenipha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication from Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology. With 4.61 years of relevant experience, she is currently working as a Software Engineer at BigBinary.
