She is currently working at Uber as a Backend Software Engineer and is a part of the Vehicle Platform / Sustainability Tech team. Jenna is passionate about merging her expertise in computer science with her desire to make the world a greener place. She is interested in climate tech and green tech and is always looking for ways to effectively contribute to this field. Jenna has extensive experience in backend engineering and machine learning infrastructure engineering. She has worked with AWS REO (Renewable Energy Optimization) team at Amazon, where she was responsible for developing data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure engineering to help Amazon achieve 100% renewable energy and net-zero carbon sustainability objectives via smarter management of renewable energy assets. Prior to that, Jenna worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Amazon, where she gained expertise in machine learning infrastructure engineering. Jenna also has experience working as a Data Analytics Intern at PwC, where she created a data visualization dashboard, forecasting models, and automated reporting tools. She managed software development teams and gained valuable experience in data analytics.
