Jennalyn Kabiling is a compassionate and optimistic software engineer with a passion for creating and pursuing intellectual goals. With a sharp mind and an easy-going personality, she is a warm-hearted and fun-spirited individual who is always seeking new challenges. Jennalyn is a strong-willed, attentive, and dedicated team player who is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with like-minded individuals. Currently, Jennalyn is working as a Student Ambassador at Make School, where she collaborates with her team to perform outreach tasks, works directly with the admissions team, and performs one-on-one calls with prospective students. She has also taken on the role of Lead Spark Mentor, where she supports and uplifts incoming students in completing Make School's admissions interactive programming puzzle (Spark). Jennalyn has hosted 1:1 Zoom sessions with prospective students to help debug and work on Spark. Prior to her current role, Jennalyn worked as an Operations Expert at Apple, where she collaborated with the retail team to complete tasks, handled customer inquiries, worked hand in hand with the operations team, and assisted in organizing and managing inventory. She also worked as a Client Service Coordinator/Veterinary Assistant at Banfield Pet Hospital, where she worked with clients, veterinarians, veterinary technologists, practice managers, and pets. Jennalyn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science with a Concentration in iOS Development from Dominican University of California and Make School. She also has experience in Computer Science from City College of San Francisco and a background in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant from El Camino College. Jennalyn graduated from Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory with a High School Diploma. Jennalyn's tech stack includes experience as a Software Engineer and Spark. With 4.61 years of relevant experience, Jennalyn is a dedicated and skilled software engineer who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
