Jeny Sadadia is a solution-oriented software engineer with 3.5+ years of experience in software applications and RESTful web API development. She is an expert in programming with Python, C, and C++ and has hands-on experience in developing Django APIs. Currently working as a Consultant Software Engineer at Collabora, Jeny is also an Outreachy '21 participant in KernelCI. Jeny has a strong background in open-source projects, having worked as an Outreachy Intern at KernelCI.org. She was responsible for restructuring and developing FastAPI endpoints in KernelCI-API, along with unit test cases development for FastAPI endpoints using pytest in KernelCI-API. She also contributed to feature development in KernelCI-Pipeline and KernelCI-Core for minor bug fixes. In her previous role as a Python Developer at Kintu Designs, Jeny worked on two significant projects - Voice Assistant and Payment Application. She was responsible for the development of the Django REST API and the integration of machine learning APIs into the Django backend. She also integrated third-party applications like SendGrid email service and various payment gateways into the Django app. Jeny developed the Django backend of the Payment Application single-handedly and deployed the Django web app to Digital Ocean droplet. Jeny Sadadia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Government Engineering College, Bhavnagar. She is also a High School graduate from Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Bhavnagar, India. Jeny attended primary and secondary school at Shri R K Homeschool, Bhavnagar. Jeny's technical skills include Software Engineering, Django, test, Python, Web, SDET, Integration, Backend, and ML. With 5.45 years of relevant experience, Jeny is currently looking for exciting opportunities in freelancing or remote jobs.
