Jeremy Koch is an experienced Engineer at Apple with over 24 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. As a Technology Evangelist and Manager at Apple, Jeremy is responsible for promoting and advocating Apple's technology and products to customers and partners. Prior to joining Apple, Jeremy worked as a Senior iOS Engineer at IBM, where he was responsible for designing and leading the implementation of a Major International Airline's Mobile Application Platform. This involved creating iPhone, BlackBerry, and mobile web applications, as well as backend services. Additionally, he led the complex integration of mobile services with legacy enterprise systems. Jeremy also designed and implemented a Mobile Payment platform that enabled secure creation, storage, and transmission of mobile payment profiles tracking credit card and other personal details. He developed iPhone, iPad, Android, and BlackBerry applications for a Major International Financial Services company, which included creating mortgage calculators, locators/location-based services. Jeremy's expertise in mobile technology extends to designing and implementing an enterprise notification platform that delivers notifications to end-users via E-mail, SMS, Apple Push Service, BlackBerry Push Service, and VoiceXML. This included integration with SMS Gateways, Voice Gateways, and Push Services. He also designed and developed numerous mobile check-in applications for major international airlines, providing check-in and delivery of electronic boarding passes to mobile devices. Jeremy holds a BMath degree from the University of Waterloo, where he studied from 1994 to 1999. He has a strong technical background in iOS development, and his Tech Stack includes iOS.
