Jerin John is an aspiring ML Engineer with a passion for building innovative solutions that address real-world problems and create a lasting impact in people's lives. He is currently pursuing his CS Grad degree at Stony Brook University and is actively seeking SWE opportunities starting Feb'23. Jerin is an avid technophile and a curious coder with a thirst to venture down unexplored avenues, combined with the desire to analyze, optimize, and perfect the tech, making him a promising engineer. Jerin has 5.28 years of relevant experience in the tech industry and has worked with some of the biggest names in the business. He has previously worked with Microsoft as an Associate Project Manager and is currently working as an Application Developer (II) on a Connected Car Platform designed for the Renault-Nissan Alliance smart car ecosystem. Jerin has delivered multiple features and patches for the software management portal based on highly scalable microservices architecture. He has also managed the Azure Cloud infrastructure and security along with the DevOps CI/CD pipelines for deployment and release orchestration. Jerin has also worked with Google as a Student Developer - Google Summer of Code 2018 @ Internet Systems Consortium. He collaborated with ISC to develop an open-source NodeJS-based management dashboard designed as a front end for the Kea DHCP software. The interface allows users to configure IPv4/v6 management settings and monitor the operations and real-time statistics of the servers. Jerin's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai - KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar, and senior secondary (10th) and higher secondary (12th) from Atomic Energy Central School, Mumbai. Jerin's tech stack includes Software Engineer, ML, DevOps, Azure, infra, CI/CD, Microservices, NodeJS, and Frontend.
