As a team lead, he implemented improvements to team processes, including process documentation, API documentation, improved process for VQA, onboarding steps for new developers, and added value to sprint retrospectives through action items. Jerome also initiated and delivered a two-part presentation improving communication in the workplace. Prior to this, Jerome worked as a Software Engineer I at onlinemeded, where he designed and implemented the data collection solution for the primary B2C site, creating a data infrastructure for the Data Science team to help prioritize future development. Jerome is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at California State University, Monterey Bay, which he expects to complete in 2022.
