Currently, he is the Director of QA and Analytics at Conversenow, where he is responsible for the overall QA process and upcoming analytics offering. He was involved in developing an automated testing platform that fully automates customer interaction and testing complex scenarios. Conversenow.ai has created a compelling offering for the American QSR industry, and their product is already being used across multiple stores. Jerry has also worked as a Director at Field Sense Technologies, where he developed an attendance management solution for field staff. He co-founded the Assessment Vertical at Pratian Technologies (India) Private Limited/Skillassure Varsity, where he worked as an Architect. He helped create a platform that enables organizations to grow their employees' skills across roles and contribute to their success. Jerry holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Amravati University and a BE in Computer Science from Government College of Engineering. He also completed his HSSC from Shree Shivaji Science College and SSE from Dnyanmata High School. Jerry's tech stack includes QA, test, AI, mobile, backend, and senior software engineering.
