With a passion for redefining human resource management, Jesaanto is dedicated to creating exciting and better workplace environments that increase employee happiness. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Flam, Jesaanto brings over 5 years of relevant experience to the table. Prior to this, Jesaanto worked as Everything HR at PagarBook and Talent Acquisition at Cult.fit. In these roles, Jesaanto was responsible for recruitment, stakeholder and vendor management, and employer branding for tech and non-tech roles. Jesaanto's education background includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resources Management, General Management from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), CMS Business School. Jesaanto also holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Indian Academy Group of Institutions and completed her Intermediate studies in Science from St. Joseph's College. Jesaanto's high school education was completed at Sacred Heart Girls High School.
