During his time there, he developed embedded testbed software for APL's Space Exploration Sector meant to emulate various deep space missions' hardware and instruments. He also researched and implemented software-based versions of spacecraft flight computers using QEMU, Docker, and FPGAs to cut costs and increase availability of testbed environments and hardware.
