Currently, she is working at Roblox as a Data Scientist, where she is responsible for measuring safety and empowering the Bots and Spam team to make data-informed decisions. She is also focused on finding impact opportunities by combining quantitative data with deep insights from human moderators. Prior to joining Roblox, Jessica worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, where she was responsible for reducing abusive content on the platform using data mining and machine learning techniques. She also empowered labelers to do their best work by improving human label quality.
