He is currently working as the HR BU Head for Workforce Management/Industrial & Security Service (India/APAC & Middle East) at Quess Corp Ltd, a leading business services provider supporting over 2000+ clients across 10 countries. Jesu's core expertise includes Group Level Policies, Enterprise Level HRIS Implementation, CXO Level Hiring, Labour Compliance, Performance Management, and Talent Management. He specializes in HR Integration, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Training (C Level), Assessment Centers, Competency Mapping/Delivery, and Talent Mapping. As an HR Leader, Jesu has managed over 9+ business units at Quess in the last 8 years across India, Middle East & APAC, including General Staffing, Facility Management, Technology Staffing, Search & Selection Recruitment units, Training & Skill Development, Security Services Unit, Payroll & Labour Compliance unit, Logistics Unit, and Key Group HR Project. Prior to joining Quess, Jesu worked as Sr. Manager - HR at Adecco, the world's largest HR services firm with an operating footprint in over 60 countries. He was responsible for General Staffing, Professional Staffing, Outplacement Services & Training Unit (Lee Hecht Harrison). He has also worked as Sr. Manager HR at Vox Spectrum India Ltd, where he established HR Departments for two organizations from Statutory Compliance up to Grade Structure. Jesu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from GRD College of Science and a Master of Science (MSc) degree from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. He has also completed a Leadership Development program from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Management Development Program from Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies (KIAMS).
