Prior to her role at PeopleStrong, Jhalak worked as a Software Developer at IBS Software. She served as a liaison between IBS and Thomas Cook to analyze resource requirements and ensure mutual understanding of processes applications by guiding teams and ensuring knowledge transfer occurs smoothly. Jhalak was responsible for developing codes as per the requirement and attaining client’s quality expectations. She collaborated efficiently with cross-functional teams to identify areas and scope for improvement and organized and facilitated the coordination of project activities, collecting project status and creating reports. Jhalak holds a Post Graduation Program in Management from the School of Inspired Leadership and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology.
