Jialin Lei is an experienced frontend developer currently working as a contractor for Apple. With over 5 years of relevant experience, she has developed expertise in various technologies including React Native, Docker, Jenkins, TypeScript, Redux, iOS, and Android. Currently working at Crocus AI, Jialin is responsible for developing mobile and web applications for the California Energy System using React, React-native, and Chart libraries. She has successfully implemented mobile applications for both IOS and Android sides using React-native. Additionally, she has implemented web applications using React-redux and React Hooks and displayed customer data using Recharts (Web) and Svg-charts (Mobile). Prior to her current role, Jialin worked as a frontend developer at Apple where she was responsible for implementing new features and debugging systems with Vue and Vuex. She also used karma to write unit tests and nightwatch to write E2E tests to ensure the code was covered. Jialin designed and implemented commonly used UI component libraries to be used by different modules and added ARIA-accessibility to enable people with disabilities to navigate the application. She has also planned, developed, designed, tested, implemented, and supported custom proprietary software applications in various software languages, platforms, and environments. Jialin holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University, an M.S in Computer Science from South China Normal University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Guangdong University of Technology.
