Jibin Sabu is a passionate tech startup enthusiast who broke out of the traditional education cycle to create something of lasting impact. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Jibin has worked with various companies and organizations in different capacities, contributing to their growth and success. Jibin's entrepreneurial journey started as a student entrepreneur for 3 years at Startup Village, Kochi, where he bootstrapped to learn and create new image processing and robotics application projects. He then joined INK (in association with TED), the world's leading platform for spreading ideas, where he led the program Teenovators designed to bring life to innovation in school students, touching the lives of 150,000 students across the country. Jibin has also been through the full acquisition process of Profoundis Labs by contributing to generating $26000 MRR in 6 months. Following the acquisition of FullContact, he contributed to becoming cash flow positive in 10 months of acquisition. He then moved on to Agrima InfoTech, where he created a structured team and marketing process for smooth operations and created business partnerships improving customer interaction with the brands. Jibin is a graduate of the Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Business Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership and worked as an Associate Consultant in the domain of Microsoft Dynamics in Infosys Ltd. building one of its kind Digital transformation platform for Mortgage industry. Currently, he is working with Axilor Ventures as a Program Manager, where he is responsible for Axilor community initiatives and Program Management for pre-seed investments. As a volunteer, Jibin has worked with Global Teams in IEEE for 9 years (& counting) to host 250+ events, programs, and conferences across 18 countries. He has led teams as Asia Pacific Student Representative Team supporting 950+ engineering institutions across the Asia Pacific (IEEE R10), India Student Coordination Team, and other Global Teams in Computer Society and Educational Society. Jibin's education history includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Post Graduate Program in Business Leadership (Marketing) from the School of Inspired Leadership. He also completed his High School/Secondary Certificate Programs from the Central Board of Secondary Education. Jibin's tech stack includes Image Processing and Mobile.
