He was responsible for process monitoring, characterization, MRB disposition, and inter-departmental communication to maintain 95% on-time delivery. He also collaborated in new product development, with major responsibility in testing design and analysis, process documentation, and report writing. Jie optimized production efficiency by process improvement and technical communication with the customer. Jie's education background includes a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Central South University.
