Jigyasa Singh is a Software Development Engineer at Adobe, working as part of the Content Storage Service team in Adobe's Cloud Platform. She is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Platform APIs with improved client experience. Her tech stack includes Java and Spring, and she has hands-on experience with cloud technologies and tools like Jenkins, Dockers, build and deployment automation, monitoring (prometheus, grafana, new relic) etc. Jigyasa has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Birla Institute of Technology. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Product Intern at Adobe, where she worked on Apache OpenWhisk, an open-source, distributed Serverless platform that executes functions in response to events at any scale. She performed extensive research on V8:Isolates and compared it with other alternatives, including Puppeteer, Fastly's Lucet Compiler, and Worker Threads of Node.js. She was responsible for enabling V8:Isolates as a possible action container for Apache OpenWhisk with the main objective of running user-submitted JavaScript code. She also conducted load tests and performance analysis of the implemented workers. In addition to her work at Adobe, Jigyasa has also worked as a Mentor at Codeasylums Network.
