Before joining MyGate, Jijo worked as a Technical Recruiter at Anzy Global and as a Technical Recruitment Consultant at NorthClan Solutions. At Anzy Global, Jijo was responsible for building engineering and product teams for product-based e-commerce, fin-tech, prop-tech, logistics, gaming tech, media tech, AI tech, health tech, travel tech, and internet organizations. He partnered with product-based unicorns and startups for associate to senior level requirements and sourced candidates through various job portals, social media, headhunting, and target company mapping. At NorthClan Solutions, Jijo handled the full recruitment cycle for clients and successfully closed positions from entry-level roles to senior roles. He also mentored and managed a team of two individuals while efficiently handling a portfolio of a few product-based clients. Jijo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saurashtra University, where he studied business management, financial accountancy, statistics, financial economics, and IT.
