Jim F. Gandy Jr. is a highly motivated and disciplined Subject Matter Expert (SME) in MEP TELECOM and Banks Data/Operations Centers, specializing in their Network Technical Facilities (NTF) in design builds and MEP utilities upgrades and commissioning systems. He has a proven track record of successful results in civilian world and military positions. Jim is a professional expert in completing tasks and missions in a highly effective and outstanding manner. He is always seeking global fast-track challenging opportunities that are complementary to his aggressive military professional attributes, Engineering and Construction Management - Leadership. Jim has experience in tactical/technical teaching, coaching, and counseling positions that required a "Team Work" approach and developmental scope expertise. Jim always places Loyalty, Respect, Integrity, and Honesty at the forefront of all positions in military and private sector positions. He is a service-connected disabled veteran rated by the Department of Veterans Affairs, US. Jim is always a strong veterans' voice and advocate.
