Jim Bugwadia is a highly experienced technology leader with over 28 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Nirmata, a Kubernetes management plane built for enterprises. Jim's mission at Nirmata is to democratize cloud-native best practices and help the world deliver better software. Before founding Nirmata, Jim led a global consulting team at Cisco, where he worked with several service providers and enterprises in their cloud computing journey. He also built large-scale software products and teams at various startups and large companies, such as Trapeze Networks, Pano Logic, Jetstream, Lucent, and Motorola. At Nirmata, Jim is actively involved in coding in Go, Java, and Javascript. He is passionate about building innovative solutions and believes that it's a great time to build. Jim is also actively involved in the cloud-native community and is currently the Co-Chair of the Kubernetes Multi-Tenancy Working Group at the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). He has also held leadership positions in other CNCF groups, such as the Kubernetes Policy Working Group and the Kyverno Maintainer. Jim's technical expertise includes Kubernetes, Java, and Javascript, among other technologies. He is a visionary leader who is committed to driving innovation and helping enterprises adopt cloud-native technologies.
