Jimit Gandhi is a Staff Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in software development. Jimit has helped his organization achieve a cost-effective model by leading the hiring process and grooming software engineers to deliver cloud-native projects in phases by 2023. He is a member of the software architecture team driving important technical decisions and is a Scrum Master, enabling the team to follow Agile methodology to software development. Prior to Harness, Jimit worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer II and at nVent as a Lead Engineer. At Microsoft, he modernized the Agreement creation portal in the Microsoft Volume Licensing domain and worked on multiple initiatives spanning the organization to deliver features by interacting with different engineering teams and stakeholders. At nVent, Jimit designed and developed multiple microservices using BDD and TDD with 90+% test coverage, and built cloud services with 100% infrastructure as code using Terraform. Jimit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar, Mumbai, and completed his HSC from S.K. Somaiya College, Vidyavihar, Mumbai. He has experience with a wide range of tech stacks including AWS, Microservices, Javascript, SQL, Terraform, Azure, Web, Backend, ReactJS, dotNET, Java, ASP.NET, DevOps, UI, AngularJS, Redux, Integration, and CI/CD.
