Jimit R. is a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Computing. He is currently working as a Cloud Architect at Google, where he has worked on different cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Digital Ocean, Microsoft Azure, and DevOps tools and processes such as CI/CD using Jenkins, Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. With 2.35 years of relevant experience, Jimit has a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation, and he intends to incline his career towards more research and development in Cloud and DevOps. Jimit has worked with Infostretch as an Associate Software Engineer - DevOps, where he contributed to the Cloud/DevOps practice by developing reusable assets. He worked towards developing containerized solutions using Docker, Docker Compose, and ECS - Elastic Container Service. He has also defined and implemented end-to-end cloud infrastructures starting from dev, staging till production environments for enterprise customers as well as automating the end-to-end deployment process of microservices by implementing CI/CD using Jenkins. As a Trainee Engineer at Infostretch, Jimit developed APIs in Node.js, deployed them in the cloud, and tested them. Jimit has a Master of Engineering - (ME) degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from GTU. He also has a High School Certificate of Education (HSCE) in Science from St. Xavier's High School, Ahmedabad, and a Secondary School Certificate of Education (SSCE) from the same institution.
