Jimmy Mathew is a University Tutor at Monash University with a strong background in embedded system design and extensive experience in interfacing devices. With a career spanning over 12 years, he has earned respect and satisfaction in both academic and industrial roles. Prior to his current position, Jimmy worked as an Assistant Professor Senior at VIT_Vellore Institute of Technology, where he taught computer science subjects such as embedded systems, microprocessors, computer architecture, C programming, C++ programming, and Python. He also served as the course coordinator for embedded systems theory and practical components and microprocessor theory and practical components. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Jimmy served as the industry partnership coordinator and improved student placement and internship opportunities by adding 25 new recruiting companies to the campus recruitment process. Before joining VIT_Vellore Institute of Technology, Jimmy worked as an Assistant Professor at Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, where he taught information technology subjects such as microprocessors, computer networks, operating systems, and embedded systems. He also coordinated student events and club activities and provided guidance for undergraduate and postgraduate projects. Jimmy's educational background includes a Master of Science in System Level Integration from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University. He also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) from Auctus Consulting Pty Ltd Adelaide South Australia and a Certificate in First Aid (HLTAID011) from CPR First Aid Melbourne. With a proficiency in Python, Jimmy is a skilled professional who always strives for quality in design, training, and guidance. He recently moved to Australia for further professional development and is committed to making a positive impact in his field.
