Jinal Jhaveri is a highly experienced entrepreneur, investor, and venture capitalist with over 18 years of relevant experience. Currently, she is the Co-Founder and CEO of referenceable, a YCombinator YC-W21 startup that offers an all-in-one workspace for B2B Sales and Marketing teams to provide a personalized buying experience to their buyers. Her vision is to prepare companies for the future, where most B2B transactions will feel the same as B2C transactions today - asynchronous, instant, and delightful. In the past, Jinal has worked as an Angel, Venture, Secondary Investor, and Advisor, where she has invested in and advised several early-stage tech companies, including Facebook, Square, Github, Zuora, Lyft, Pinterest, CreditKarma, and many more. She has also invested in several EdTech companies like SV Academy, CourseDog, GlimpseK12, KickUp, WonderSchool, Tailor-Ed, BoostMySchool, Tappity, and Prendea. Jinal has also worked as a Venture Partner at Runa Capital, an international venture capital firm headquartered in Palo Alto, California, where she invested in deep tech, cloud business software, fintech, EdTech, and digital health startups in the early stages. Jinal's educational background is impressive, with a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (statistics track) from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology (computer science) from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, and a High School degree in Science from St. Xavier's High School, Ahmedabad. She has also completed a Disruptive Strategy Clayton Christensen, Negotiation, Financial Accounting, and Alternative Investments program from Harvard Business School.
