Jishnu Kinwar is a highly experienced technology professional with over 21 years of relevant experience. He is currently the VP Cloud Platform Engineering at Arlo Technologies, Inc., where he is responsible for building an IoT platform to support millions of devices. Arlo Technologies is one of the biggest producers of User Generated Content (UGC), and Jishnu's team processes upwards of 180 million videos daily with state-of-the-art analytics. His key focus areas include building Arlo SmartCloud Platform as a Service, supporting massive scale, cost margin, and building winning teams. Prior to Arlo Technologies, Jishnu held the position of Vice President Technical Operations at Vuclip Inc., a late-stage video delivery startup with a focus on India, South East Asia, and the Middle East. At Vuclip, Jishnu was responsible for moving the entire Ops, Engineering, and Analytics upstream, building self-healing, self-scaling systems in a hybrid cloud environment, and delivering CI/CD. He also led the company's move to a microservices-based architecture and data center transformation, building multi-cloud, hybrid solutions using Kubernetes and Istio. Jishnu's previous experience also includes working as the Principal Architect/Director Cloud & DevOps Practice at ITC, where he was responsible for creating a SAAS-based cloud assessment platform and building an end-to-end tool for a plug-and-play software development supply chain. Jishnu holds an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has expertise in a wide range of technologies, including AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, Ruby, Kubernetes, microservices, GCP, HDFS, Spark, product management, ML, Kafka, Jenkins, Azure, integration, and Java. He is a senior software engineer with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
