Jitender Chauhan is a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer (Sr. Architect) with over 16 years of strong programming exposure in the software industry. He possesses extensive knowledge of Java (J2EE) and has a good grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and Design. Additionally, he has a good understanding of the Agile SDLC model and a strong base in Data Structures and Algorithms Design. Jitender's core strength lies in Architecting Monolithic and Container-based MicroService architecture. He has a wealth of experience in developing High Scale Distributed Systems. Currently, he is working with Walmart as a Principal Software Engineer (Sr. Architect). Before joining Walmart, Jitender worked as a Staff Software Engineer (Architect) with VMware. As part of the Horizon Cloud Service development team, he was responsible for building a cloud-native application to manage/orchestrate multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, IBM SL, etc.) VDI deployments. He has a Certification in Advanced Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, and is currently pursuing his MS by Research in Computer Vision Using Machine Learning/Deep Learning from the International Institute of Information Technology.
