Jitender Singh is a highly motivated and creative Product Designer based in Gurugram, India. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Jitender has worked with small and medium-sized companies, designing multiple web and mobile experiences. He is currently working as a Product Designer at NeuroSensum, where he is responsible for designing and developing innovative products. Jitender is passionate about learning and creating new things, and he is always open to exploring new opportunities. He has a strong background in web technologies and is proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other frontend technologies. He is also experienced in AI and has worked on several projects related to conversational analytics and text analytics. In his previous role as a Product Designer at SurveySensum, Jitender played a key role in building the customer experience management platform from scratch. He was responsible for developing a scalable design system with highly scalable code and collaborating with the product, design, tech, and partner teams to develop scalable solutions. He also worked on Agile methodology and lean UX, developing software prototypes to validate business and design decisions. Prior to this, Jitender worked as a Lead UI Developer at Qandle, where he led the product UI team and mentored and trained junior developers in front-end technologies. He also optimized web application performance, created reusable UI components, and collaborated with the product, design, tech, and partner teams to develop scalable solutions. Jitender holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Higher Secondary School degree in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He is a skilled designer and product designer with a strong research background, and he is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
