He is currently working as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Encora, where he is responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle and implementing key people practices such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employer Branding, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Communication, Onboarding, Culture Building, Process Improvement, Performance Management, etc. Jitendra has a proven track record of achieving success in his past and present organizations with a focus on building great workplaces and delivering a great employee and candidate experience. He has worked with both established Fortune 100 companies with structured processes and fast-paced growing organizations and entrepreneurial mid-size enterprises where he has built sustainable HR business models and interventions. Prior to his current role, Jitendra has held leadership positions at SOAIS and Microsoft, where he was responsible for managing the HR programs and structures and overseeing the Talent Acquisition function. Jitendra holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, and an MBA from Christ University.
