Jitendra Dadhaniya is a seasoned technologist with a passion for information technology. With over 23 years of relevant experience, he has worked with almost all generations of computers, mobiles, and tablets. He started his computer programming journey on Sinclair ZX Spectrum and has come a long way to work on the latest Xeon Server Chip. Currently, Jitendra is the Co-Founder and CTO of Cocotel, where he sets the corporation's technical vision and leads its technological development. He is responsible for developing strategic plans and timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical infrastructure, cloud, web, and mobile services. Jitendra also oversees and manages all processes relating to field technical delivery/support and all cloud and infrastructure service management. He ensures alignment between the corporation's vision/strategy and product/service offerings. Before Cocotel, Jitendra founded WORK24, a practice that improvises cross-border operations for companies planning to go global and increase their ROI by saving on the hiring of cross-border and/or offshore talent. WORK24 takes care of companies' most valuable assets, i.e., employees, on a global scale by hiring, educating, training, and managing them on an elite scale across every forte. Jitendra changed the definition of the recruitment industry from only being an employee finder and placer to a team developer and team management firm that provides top-of-the-line resources by which team members can work in a secured infrastructure. Jitendra has also served as the Managing Director of Raidlayer Internet P Limited, a techno-driven company that offers highly secure and reliable web hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Server. As a complete hosting solution provider, Raidlayer has the capability to cater to the assorted needs of businesses to proffer high-end hosting strategy solutions. Jitendra holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from HA College of Commerce and Gujarat University. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, infra, Web, and Mobile.
